Our popular Treat Boxes offer a selection of seasonal treats created in-house by our culinary students.

The Treat Box project was born in 2020, a challenging year for all and especially for the food and beverage industry. With our regular clientele working from home and Provincial Health orders limiting social gatherings, it impacted the café and catering business immensely.

​

We asked ourselves what we could do to increase business and provide learning opportunities and skills for our students as well as ways to engage with the community. As a result, the Treat Box project was born. This initiative has created more jobs and learning for our students and staff ever since.
